Application Scope: The ZRS series handheld emulsion drilling rig is a new type of advanced drilling rig carefully designed by our company based on the underground mining environment. It is especially suitable for drilling horizontal or inclined holes in coal seams or medium-hard, dense rocks. Suitable for mining roadway drilling anchor rods, anchor cable holes, working face opening holes, through-layer holes, water exploration holes, fire extinguishing holes, and gas extraction holes, etc. The drilling diameter is 50mm, and the depth is 30-50m, especially suitable for fully mechanized mining working faces. It can also be used to drill holes in other materials such as metal, rock, wood, and concrete.
Features: 1. Small size, appropriate weight, reasonable structure, and convenient operation. 2. The core power system of this series of drilling rigs uses the FYM type non-circular gear emulsion motor. This motor is based on non-circular gear manufacturing technology and is made of stainless steel. It ensures that as long as the qualified emulsion specified in MT76 is used as the working medium, it will never rust with long-term use. It effectively solves the long-standing problem of emulsion leakage, a problem that foreign products have not yet solved. 3. This drilling rig should use the emulsion pump station of the hydraulic support (pillar) on the coal mining working face as the power source, without the need to add equipment, realizing the single power source of the working face. 4. Built-in water injection mechanism, reliable sealing. The liquid inlet and outlet and drainage all use quick connectors, which are highly efficient, easy to maintain, and durable.
